What We Do
At Mezzo, the quality of our service and products is our priority. We serve freshly made house-baked goods (gluten-free and vegetarian options) including frittatas, scones, and muffins as well as Organic and Fair Trade coffee roasted right here in Michigan by Higher Grounds Trading Co. Not a coffee person? We have plenty of non-coffee options such as our Organic loose-leaf tea, chai, protein drinks, and more.
We have a large section of merchandise to choose from that supports many local makers (coffee beans, mugs, honey, coasters, hats, etc.).
We also have a diverse specialty beer and wine section for carry-out.
Why We Do It
Mezzo was founded in 2015 to bring Coffee, Connection, and Community to downtown Otsego. In August of 2020, Olivia & Tiago Andrade purchased Mezzo.
Olivia is originally from Plainwell, Michigan and Tiago is from Fortaleza, Brazil. After spending all of their adult years working for others, Olivia in sales and business management, and Tiago in restaurants and hotels, they wanted to take control of their destiny and begin their journey of business ownership.
Owning a business like Mezzo was a dream until that dream became a reality and now they want to use their knowledge and experience to help others not only realize but get closer to their dreams.
